Fertility Week 2016 (1-7 September) is nearly here and we would love your help to get the message out!
The theme for Fertility Week this year will be ‘7 ways in 7 days’ and will focus each day on a range of factors that can affect a person’s ability to conceive and have a healthy baby.
The daily schedule for Fertility Week 2016 will be as follows –
1 Sept: Timing of sex
2 Sept: STIs
3 Sept: Age
4 Sept: Parenting begins before conception (epigenetics)
5 Sept: Smoking, alcohol and caffeine
6 Sept: Weight and exercise
7 Sept: Vitamins and minerals
